FAQ

No, not necessarily! The fact that your model is not shown on our website does not mean it cannot be made. We produce a wide range of steering wheels, and many references are not yet displayed online. Contact us directly via WhatsApp to tell us about your vehicle, and we will check compatibility for you.

The best way is to contact us via WhatsApp and provide the make, model, year and, if possible, your vehicle identification number. Our experts will confirm compatibility quickly.

No! You do not need to send us your original steering wheel. We manufacture our products directly from parts supplied by our suppliers. You simply need to place your order online or via WhatsApp.

Yes, absolutely. All our parts, especially our actuators, are original parts. We work with carefully selected suppliers to ensure the quality and reliability of every component, which is why our steering wheels come with a 5-year warranty!

All our certifications are issued by SGS, a leading certification body we have worked with for many years. Our products comply with current European legislation, with rigorous compliance testing covering safety and CE standards.

Yes. Safety is our top priority. All our steering wheels are tested by SGS and certified as compliant with European standards. That is also why we strongly recommend installation by a professional.

No. Installation must be carried out by a professional mechanic. The steering wheel is a critical safety component, and incorrect installation can put your life at risk.

We take care of everything for you! We have a network of partner garages throughout France. Simply contact us and we will direct you to the professional nearest to you.

Is installation at a partner garage mandatory to benefit from the warranty?
No, any professional mechanical garage can carry out the installation. However, a dated invoice with the garage’s SIRET number is strictly required for your warranty to remain valid.

Each steering wheel comes with a 5-year warranty on materials and a 2-year warranty on electronic components, provided that installation was carried out by a professional.

Contact us immediately with photos via WhatsApp or by email. We'll assess the situation and find a quick solution: repair, replacement, or refund depending on the case.

What do I need to keep in order to claim my warranty?

Be sure to keep the following documents:

The purchase invoice issued by us
The installation invoice from your garage, with its date and business registration number (SIRET)
The certificate of conformity provided at delivery

These three documents are mandatory for any warranty claim.
