Steering wheel delivery

You receive your NTech steering wheel. The warranty becomes active upon delivery.

Installation pro

The steering wheel must be installed by a professional (garage, tuner). This step is mandatory.

Invoice submission

You have 2 weeks after delivery to send us the installation invoice.

Warranty activated

Upon receipt of the invoice, your warranty is officially registered.

What the warranty
does not cover

The NTech warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not replace proper product use or correct installation.

✕ Normal wear — gradual deterioration of leather, Alcantara or carbon caused by daily use.
✕ Improper installation — any damage caused by installation not carried out by a professional, or without an invoice sent within 2 weeks.
✕ Accident or impact — physical impact, deployed airbag, drop, or external damage.
✕ Modifications after delivery — any work on the steering wheel by a third party not authorized by NTech voids the warranty.

Activation & claims

Your warranty
in 4 simple steps

Activating your warranty takes less than 2 minutes. Keep your installation invoice — it is the only requirement.

Steering wheel delivery

Inspect the steering wheel upon delivery. Report any shipping damage immediately.

Professional installation

Have the steering wheel installed by a garage or automotive tuner. Ask for an invoice in your name.

Shipped within 2 weeks

Send the invoice via WhatsApp or email to Nathan. Without this document within 14 days, the warranty will not be activated.

In case of an issue

Contact Nathan directly with photos + order number. Support provided within 48 hours.

The installation invoice must reach us within 14 days of receiving the steering wheel. After that, the warranty cannot be activated.
