We do not refund orders if the item is as requested.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if, and only if, the item is defective upon receipt.
Installation must be carried out by a professional with an invoice and date.
We do not accept exchanges or cancellations:

Items lose all warranties if they are not installed by a professional.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to them, so they will know you returned their gift.

Damages and Problems (Defective Products)

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue. For our defective products, returns are completely free. This means your shipping fee is €0.00 and the restocking fee is €0.00.

For Your Responsibility (Customer Remorse)

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you no longer need the item you purchased in error or if the wrong product is available so we can assess and resolve the issue. For your remorse products, you will be responsible for a certain amount of return shipping costs. You will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs. The restocking fee is €0.00.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
