Shipping Policy
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment.

Once an order has been submitted, you will receive order status and shipping information and a tracking number (by email) once your order has shipped.

Shipping Cost: You can choose one during checkout.

1. We offer free shipping to France and Belgium.
2. We offer a flat rate of €9.99 for "Express Delivery + (Breakage/Loss/Theft Guarantee)" to France and Belgium.

Order Acceptance and Pricing:
Please note that there are times when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. You may be asked to provide verification or additional information, including, but not limited to, your phone number and address, before we accept the order. To prevent credit or debit card fraud, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment information before providing you with the product and to verify the personal information you have shared with us. This verification may take the form of an identity check, address, or banking information. We reserve the right to cancel any order immediately if we suspect fraudulent credit or debit card use. We are committed to providing our users with the most accurate pricing information on the Site; however, errors may still occur, for example, in cases where an item's price is incorrectly displayed on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our sole discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

Every effort is made to ship your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed after the order is placed.

Processing, transit, and order cut-off times for France and Belgium.

As our products are custom embroidered and prepared according to the design of your choice, they are delivered according to the following delivery times.

Processing time: 5-35 days (Monday to Friday)
Transit time: 4-10 days (Monday to Friday)

These delivery times can vary dramatically during the manufacturing process. We prefer to deliver a product that complies with European safety standards.

Total delivery time: 9–45 working days

Cutoff time - 5:00 PM
All orders begin processing the same day if placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+1) in France.

What happens after I place an order?
You will receive a confirmation email from us once your order is placed, containing your order number and order receipt. Your order will generally ship within 4–10 business days (excluding holidays). Personalized products will take longer to ship.
Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email if you do not see it in your inbox.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at assistance.ntech@gmail.com with the subject line "Order Confirmation Not Received" and a member of our team will contact you.
We will contact you separately for personalized items to Ensure that the appropriate customizations are applied. These items will only be processed and shipped after the customizations have been received.

Which carriers do you ship with?
We use Free Shipping, Express Shipping + (Breakage/Loss/Theft Guarantee). For high-value orders, carriers will require a signature upon delivery.

 

How can I check the status of my order?
Simply track your order using the tracking number we provide via email. If you haven't received a tracking number after 5 to 20 business days, please email assistance.ntech@gmail.com and we'll help you from there.
